Broadcom driver must be installed
I had placed flash file pack in c: drive rename folder as "a20 file"
Go to start > run > cmd
Now type following>>>>
C:\>cd a20file
C:\a20 file>dfu
now press Enter
Window will pop up saying plug in device
now
plug in handset without battery or with battery keeping in mind port
"Broadcom usb to serial" is formed , keep device manager opened
within a minute set is reset
wiping all user maintained data ,security or pattern lock
